A pregnancy can be seen from as early as 6/7 weeks from the first day of your last period (LMP). At Catch a Glimpse we can provide you with the early reassurance you need that all is progressing well by our experienced midwife sonographer.
The health and well-being of a baby through pregnancy is a universal concern for all parents and it’s our aim to provide you with all the information you need. An early baby scan can offer you a number of important details which allow for peace of mind to you and your family.
Firstly, and most importantly, we can provide key information on the baby’s development including the detection of the fetal heart. This is great way to alleviate an early stage anxiety and has proved to be an effective tool – especially for first time mothers.
We can also give you an estimate on when your baby is due to arrive. These early scans are incredibly accurate at predicting when your baby will be born – giving you an opportunity to plan ahead and get everything in place before the baby is due.
For most expectant parents, it’s exciting to be able to commemorate the different stages of the baby’s development with still images of their scans. This is never more apparent than those who come for an early reassurance scan as this is the first opportunity they have to see an image of their baby. We provide a selection of high-resolution images from the scan for you to take home and enjoy.
As our ultrasound services are conducted by qualified professionals in Liverpool, you can rest assured you are in safe hands.
